Le Cadeau de César
Asterix reader since my early (but not too cooked) children. In one book, Gift of César for acts that are irrelevant, there is a debate between Vitalstatistix (village chief) and one that also wanted to be boss. At one point in the discussion Vitalstatistix said metal production increased by 1200% last year (his wife had bought 12 blacksmith anvils to the previous day) and used those numbers as a validation argument for management. The response of his opponent was something like "the figures can manage to say anything" .
True, the figures can manage to say anything. But beyond that at this stage, figures from the government does not have absolute credibility, I think we are much better to do 7 years I think it is something we owe in large part to the K. I think
developmental policies, human rights policy, social policies are sound and are on the right track.
Not to mention that the enemies he made along the way, are the enemies that anyone with half a brain should be.
The year 50 BC. Gaul is entirely occupied by the Romans ... Any? No! One small village of indomitable Gauls still holds out against the invaders.
